Orkelia is limited to the scenarios you validate. Medical, ambiguous or sensitive requests are blocked, then handed to your team.

The AI captures the request, qualifies urgency, drafts a reply in your voice; you validate, adjust or reject. No automated clinical decision. Medical responsibility stays 100% with you — Orkelia replies on behalf of the clinic, never as a substitute for the practitioner.

How long until I'm operational?

24h setup, 30 days of onboarding included.

Day 1: channel connection (Instagram, WhatsApp, form, email). Day 2: initial training on your archives and voice. You validate the first replies within 48h. Dedicated coaching for 30 days to adjust tone, escalation, specialty protocols.

Are my patient data secure?

What if the AI doesn't understand the request?

It transfers to you, it never invents.

If a request is ambiguous, urgent, medical, legal or out of scope, Orkelia escalates automatically: WhatsApp/email notification to your practitioner, full context, raw patient message. The patient receives an acknowledgement: "your request is being handled, we'll get back to you". No invention, no off-target reply.

Does it work with Zocdoc / Calendly?

Yes — we plug into them, we don't replace them.

When the patient wants to book, Orkelia sends them your booking link (Zocdoc, Calendly, Cal.com…). When an appointment is created/cancelled, Orkelia knows and triggers a D-1 reminder or a waitlist follow-up. See the detailed comparison →

What about real medical emergencies?

Automatic detection → immediate escalation to you, with no intermediate reply.

If Orkelia detects a potentially urgent situation (keywords like "bleeding", "severe pain", "infection", symptomatic post-op, or cases you've configured), it triggers in under 30 seconds: SMS to your on-call practitioner + email + WhatsApp push with full context and the raw message. The patient gets a clear acknowledgement "your request is flagged urgent, you'll be contacted within minutes". No automated medical decision — you judge and reply.
