Who owns the patient data?
100% you. Data hosted on dedicated Supabase eu-west-3 instance under your tenant. DPA signed, HDS compliant, health GDPR. Export and shutdown anytime within 30 days.
How does rollout to 30 sites work?
Waves of 5-10 sites per week. Each wave has a live go-live with site director + your account manager. Training included. No big bang.
What if a site wants to leave the group?
The site can leave Orkelia (and keep its own account) or stay — it's your governance choice. Billing-wise: prorata on current month, no penalty.
White-label — what exactly?
The AI agent can ship under your brand (e.g. "Dentego Assistant" instead of "Orkelia"). Email + SMS + WhatsApp go from your domain. Requirements: verified SPF/DKIM domain, branding kit provided. Included in Group 15+.
