Orkelia
Case study · 1st pilot
Mynaparrot automates its multilingual prospecting and technical support with Orkelia
Open-source video conferencing platform specialized in education. Fully autonomous FR/ES/PT outbound pipeline + technical support agent (Théo) that resolves bugs before the founder wakes up.
What we measure today
Source: tables outbound_emails + support_tickets + support_ticket_messages from the Mynaparrot Orkelia workspace. Figures extractable at any time via the admin dashboard.
📊 Verifiable figures. All the metrics shown on this page come from the Orkelia database. Alex can pull the SQL queries on demand. No invented marketing figures.
The context
Mynaparrot sells BigBlueButton hosting services and the PlugNmeet platform to educational institutions and trainers in Europe and Brazil. Fragmented market, prospects hard to reach at volume without a dedicated sales team.
Before Orkelia: Simon (founder) did all the prospecting manually. Unsustainable beyond a few hours per week.
What we set up
1. Zero-AI multilingual outbound pipeline
Automatic intake of relevant prospects (training centers, private schools, universities) via Google Places across 3 markets. FR / ES / PT-BR templates per segment. No Anthropic call at draft time (operational cost ~€0).
- Daily cron at 8h UTC for intake + qualification in the morning
- Cron at 10h UTC for sends (cap of 10/day per workspace)
- Cross-domain deduplication + shared suppression list
- Automatic reply classification (interested / question / not_interested / wrong_person / OOO)
2. Full deliverability tracking
Open rate and click rate tracked automatically via Resend webhook. Real-time dashboard for Simon.
3. Théo agent — autonomous technical support
When Simon or a Mynaparrot client writes to Orkelia with a technical issue, Théo (claude-sonnet-4-6 + 9 whitelisted tools):
- Classifies the ticket (technical / personal / commercial / frustration)
- If technical → diagnoses via tools (read workspace config, query metrics, check Resend tracking, etc.)
- Executes the fix if it's in the whitelist (toggle tracking, force-resend, etc.)
- Replies from
theo@orkelia.com with confirmation + how to verify
- Escalates to Alex anything outside of tech (pricing, contract, frustration)
Complete storage of threads in support_ticket_messages for audit, readable via /admin-theo.html.

Who this case will speak to
- You sell a B2B SaaS to SMBs scattered geographically
- You have several markets (different language + culture) without a budget for a sales team per market
- You want to automate technical support without losing the human quality
- You want the metrics instead of a black box
